Very bad serviceq. They damaged my car. I have been doing some researching on the campany and found out . That the owner does not have insurance. However its stated clearly on his website T&C Customers cars will parked on the road if any thing happened to the cars the company does not take any responsibility and Customers are left to repair the car on they own insurance. Alan nylor the owner of Ezeparking.has been found guilty for misleading Customers by using Southampton City Council multistory parking for all Customer cars and he pay absolutely nothing. He was found guilty last year. All in the mews paper. Please search Ezeparking fined for using Southampton City Council parking. One of the worst experiences of my life. 2 hours late to collect my car and 2 hours late to return it (Heathrow Terminal five) . Odd how all the positive reviewers have Asian names as do all the EZYparking drivers. It turns out anyone can work for them as long as they have a mobile number. Do they have insurance? Don't risk it.

Avoid at all costs! Used their meet and greet service at Gatwick. They don't tell you you have to pay the £5 short term parking costs when they collect and deliver you car. Nearly a quarter of a tank worth off fuel gone. The car had mud splashes all over it, and was told by their driver it had been stored in a field. The drivers mat was caked in mud, as too was the rear carpets, indicating my car had been used as a taxi while I was away. Disgusting!!!

These are so untrustworthy . Stay well clear. Before I start ,the guys you speak to sound Asian. Now look at all their reviews and the names who submitted them mmmmmm. We booked with these for our flight from Heathrow on the 8th August 21 at 4.00 am. They used a company named golden parking and was asked to call the given numbers 30 minutes before arrival. We tried calling around 10 times. One number gave a message saying this number saying its unavailable, the other number went straight to answer phone. On arrival there was NOBODY there from Golden parking, we tried the numbers again, but the same responses, so there we are no one to take our car, so I had to book with one of the other meet and greet companies on site. At 4.38 after we had checked in we got a call from one of the drivers sounding very sleepy asking where we were.!!!!. Since we came back on the 22nd we have been passed from pillar to post , with the blame being passed backwards and forward andfalse promises of a refund. Friday the 3rd after I said I'm going to do a review their man at complaints said he had spoken to golden parking and I will be refunded the Monday 6th or the 7th. Still I have nothing. Yesterday I called golden parking manager he told me he had been on holiday since this all started and it was his blah blah blah etc etc etc . The complaints at ezyparking just toldme it can a month, even though on the 5th he told he would the refund himself. I do not have my refund
