A very rude lady answered the phone when I phoned to enquire about my order that was 40 minutes late. She was dismissive and abrupt and was unable to provide details about the status of my order. She dropped the phone on me whilst I was still speaking with her - shocking customer service.

Visited on 11/06/23 . Just went for a late lunch with family.The Manager was very well mannered,Attentive ( can do attitude) . Food was delicious all meats cooked well but still tender. I even tried a Turkish Beer which was refreshing. My family are so fussy, but no one had a single complaint.great attention to detail. Kid-friendliness: I've taken several children on previous visits day & night . They were welcomed both times.

We took my mum for her birthday recently and were made to feel very welcome by the manager and staff as a whole. It was a Saturday afternoon, so was slightly quieter then I expected but this meant that our food came out quickly and was very, very tasty! We got 2 separate platters and this was enough to feed 7 adults and 3 kids! Really lovely restaurant and we will be coming back for the hospitality as well s the food!! Vegetarian options: Loads of variety on the menu! Parking: Park in tesco and walk the 3 mins it takes. Parking is free for 3 hours.
