Tried to book an offer from groupon for lashes but appointment was moved by them twice. One was cancelled by email just half an hour before the actual appointment by which time I was just arriving and the shop was closed. If them keeping an appointment is so difficult I'd hate to think what the actual treatments are like.

Honestly amazing customer service.. Went for eyelashes and they were so lovely. My mum wanted to book in but I must of asked about 50 questions on instagram (lol) beforehand and they literally answered every single one so politely and patiently! The ladies really are actually so friendly and the eyelashes were brilliant!
