Yes, their customer service is quite terrible because of how long before they respond, but when they do, they are very helpful. I got my order after 1.5 months but because of Royal Mail hacking. I'm living in Saudi Arabia and it arrived with no problem about the product. All original and no damages, too bad, I should have ordered an additional lenses. The product is not produced anymore, lucky me they still got a stock of it. I feel sorry for those who had problem with them, but they are legit and not a scam. Cheers!

pathetic as the others have stated...no communication for over a week and paid for next day signed for so pretty angry and havr spammed their email and phone number woth just a voicemail and an unanswered email and internal messages go unanswered hoping this may illicit a reply soon but relying on paypal to get my money back as these people are pretty much fraud in a can uselsess and no product yet sad

Awful. Ordered some goggles - they shipped completely the wrong pair to me. I returned them for a refund, having to pay postage to do so. Eyekit refunded the cost of the goggles to me, but wouldn't pay the return postage, despite it being their mistake originally. Does not respond to emails or phone calls, despite me chasing on a number of occasions. Use somebody else - Eyekit are useless.
