I have been a Eyediology Opticians customer for many years now. I genuinely think that Eyediology deserves a solid recommendation. I am a detailed oriented person, so I have an inclination towards high-end services and products, which I can find at Eyediology. On one side, Ravi offered to me the possibility to have as many tests as I required to have reliable data, accurate diagnostic and an in depth understanding of my eyes health. On the other side, Kam, introduced me to the excellent quality of lightweight Japanese titanium for frames, which makes really confortable to wear glasses. Additionally, in the store also I had access to probably one of the best lenses available today: Nikon SeeMax Ultimate. If possible, don’t settle for less, as it is an investment in yourself and your quality of life. So, my recommendation is to anyone that is serious about her/his eyes health, and to anyone that wants to have a very well fine tuned pair of lenses, to experience at its best her/his eyesight.

I have not only been highly impressed with the thoroughness of their technical examinations and assessments but also by their extensive ranges of beautifully designed frames. Moreover, the whole experience is managed to the highest standards by staff who really know their business and offer expert advice on lens and frame suitability. I can wholly recommend Eyediology as my repeated experience has been a pleasure from start to finish. I even don’t mind too much paying the bills for such excellent service- which is quite a rarity these days.

The team at Eyediology have been amazing; the level of service, knowledge, and empathy provided is exemplary and much appreciated - especially as someone with complex eye issues. Ravi has been great at clearly and understandably explaining and answering questions, and really takes his time at each appointment to carefully check over eyes, make sure the test reading are as accurate as possible - unlike many other Optometrists who rush through appointments. Kam's magic insight and knowledge about frame styles/types that work with each type of prescription to help advise on the correct frames, and again the patience and time she took to make sure I clearly understood and was happy with my choices was great. Definitely the best optician I have ever experienced. I had 3 pairs of glasses with them since 10 years ago. 1. The staffs are very professional. 2. The measurements and eye checks are very detailed. 3. I have quite wide forehead so very hard to find a perfect fit but the staff did help us me a lot trying many pairs to find the best one. 4. Very detailed measurement to send to Tom Davis to make my customized pair. They are better than Tom Davis 5. I accidentally make one of the legs bended, called them in the morning and fixed the slot in the afternoon. walked there and they fix it for me in 10mins without charges. so overall amazing experience and highly recommend. so

Unfortunately I am quite unhappy with the last pair of Lindbergs I made at Eyediology. The major problem is that during the fitting appointment I could clearly see and feel that the left lens was closer than the right one and also the whole frame was lopsided. That gave a very eerie impression when I was wearing them. I informed the lady who was doing the adjustments but she convinced me otherwise and I thought that I would get used to them. But in the end there is no point of getting used to glasses that are clearly uncomfortable. The old pair of Lindbergs I have is perfect and I had never even felt them on my face. I was reassured that the new one was only better. Another important snag is that despite smaller correction and choosing the same refractive index the new lenses turned out thicker and the glasses are over 10 per-cent heavier than the old ones. This is a big difference given that I went for ultra-light frames and lenses. I explicitly was asking several time to make sure that will be the case at the time of ordering. I also noticed that the new glasses were not staying in one place and I very often had to push them on my nose to put them in the right position - which was very annoying. I was extremely disappointed with this new pair of glasses as I simply was not able to wear them and I had to go back to the old pair. And now the final cherry on the top. I wrote an email with a list of issues and several questions and got absolutely no answer from Eyediology. Completely ghosted - cannot recommend. This is not the experience you should expect after spending over a thousand of pounds for the glasses and the service. In the end I had to go to a different Lidnberg specialist who fixed the issues (and few more as it turned out) in a blink of an eye (and was quite surprised at the sloppy workmanship that he said could severely impact the quality of vision in the long run). And now, after a couple of months of wearing them I can see that the protective coating on the lenses is a complete sham. I can clearly see plenty of microscratches despite using only dedicated microfiber cloth for cleaning. In my other glasses such a problem was only visible after years of usage. So to reiterate - avoid.

As a family we have had a uniformly Excellent experience with Eyediology . Most recently I broke my frames , Kam at Eyediology managed to track down the perfect silhouette frame, and speed up delivery by reusing my existing lenses . Eyediology really go above and beyond, and are a far better experience in every way than the larger chains like Vision Express. They are absolutely fantastic and we need more local businesses like them. Edited : about 18 months later I accidentally scratched one lens - Kam managed to arrange an appointment and get my frames reglazed extremely quickly. We continue to be super happy with the professionalism and care we receive from Eyediology- a local gem.
