As promised this is my update review from two weeks ago. I walked in with confidence gained from my last appointment that I would be looked after extremely well. I was NOT disappointed! My eye had healed for me to have my eye test, which I must add, was done in the right order, explained in detail and very professionally. (They test the eyes first before examining the eyes with the various bright lights.) The examination was most thorough with not just a 2D but a 3D image of each eye showing what’s in front of the retina and behind. Then, again, explained in detail what was going on in my eyes. (I use to work for an eye company, so I know a little about eyes but I was most impressed with the details and thoroughness of the whole process) I’m glad to say my eyes are fine! I’m 100% confident now that my eyes are being looked after by this family run, extremely friendly, personable and caring professionals from the reception/advisors to the opticians! They do what’s on the label and more! The only disappointment is I have to wait 2 years to go back! Thank you so much for caring and doing a brilliant job on my eyes after I had a bad infection and was extremely worried. I will be back!

What a wonderful experience I was met with . . Very friendly and personable. They treated me as if they’d always known me. How refreshing and professional. I needed an eye examination and they got me in as soon as possible. They examined me and then explained the issue in detail which I could understand and reassured me they would be able to help me to recover fully, giving advice and a method of care I had to do. I’m going back for another examination in a week or so then if the eye has recovered they will do an eye test. I left feeling fully satisfied and looking forward to my return. I will update on my next visit, I’m sure it will be very positive. 10/10 for my initial visit. Thank you so much.

After going to my doctors at stoke prior today about an eye problem I was advised to ring the park side opticians .I rang them up and a very nice young lady answered the phone ,I told her my problem and she put me onto the optician his name being Jay who after explaining to him asked me to come in within the hour ,well I was shocked at this wonderful man’s customer service ,as it’s hard to come by nowerdays he sorted my problem so I would like to say a big thank you to you both .at the bhi opticians R Byng
