Bryony and her team have helped me train Bingo from a young puppy to become the family pet I wanted him to be. They are all very professional and the facilities are great and very secure while training. I can't thank them enough for all the help they have given me. Well done. I would certainly recommend.

EYE2EYE DOGS and Bryony have changed my life! Working with Bryony during the the last year with my 2 year old Female German Shepherd has improved my ability, confidence and relationship with my puppy. Growing dogs can be a challenge and Bryony has helped me through many issues resulting in a well balanced dog who loves to visit every week. Bryony's expertise and experience with this type of breed was paramount in my selection of her as a trainer and she has not disappointed. Providing Knowledge and taking the time to understand the dog as an individual and specific behaviours to develop a plan to support and develop positive progress in all aspects. I have appreciated all the advice and guidance and look forward to every week to follow up on what we have achieved and what we need to do next to improve behaviours, learn new skills and have fun. Finally it is great to have someone to talk to who you trust understands this type of Dog and listens to your concerns and works with you to help you as much as possible. Seeing her with her own dogs make you realise what is possible with great training and inspires you to continue.

The service we had was great. My dog amongst other things was very reactive to other dogs, bicycles etc. Sarah (1to1 training) was able to explain the whys and give me tools to deal with the issues. After only one lesson my dog had greatly improved and was able to walk along side the other dogs. Now I am a lot more relaxed taking her out knowing that I can deal with the situation when we come across other dogs. Thanks Sarah.

Thank you for finding the time to respond to my review. I would firstly like to state that the fact it has been such a long time since our visit, yet I still felt concerned enough about your (Bryony) advice to leave this review speaks absolute volumes. It would be rather strange of me to leave a review of dishonest claims 2 years later? My genuine concerns, that stemmed from your advice, has left me thinking about how my dogs life could have looked on many occasions and it’s quite frankly terrifying. Hence the review, despite so much time passing. I think you’ll find, I personally attended one session and never returned. I left the first session with no intention to personally return. It was in fact my partner that reluctantly returned simply because we had already paid for several sessions before he managed to get a refund on the remaining balance. He thought he’d at-least get some training out the money we were spending to be given appalling advice. Your (Bryony) recommendation was to not take our dog to places such as Blaise Castle. This is a very peculiar thing to deny. Particularly as you stated you don’t walk your own dog in this space for that same reason? Your (Bryony - I must reiterate this again, as you’ve continuously used the word ‘we’ in response) advice was to keep our Corso on a lead at all times. Again, this is a very peculiar thing for me to be dishonest about, yet decide to leave in a review? With regards to greeting visitors, you used your own dogs as an example, stating you rarely allow them interact with guests entering your home. I sincerely hope this is a discussion you’ve openly had with others to highlight who the truth lays with in this situation. I simply cannot continue to keep responding to each point and highlight how odd it would be to write a dishonest review, regarding advice given 2 years ago for you to no doubt reply in the same defensive and untruthful way you have. The ironic Corso review left only hours after mine posed further questions. I would have liked to think your service would have been praised by Corso owners beforehand? Not following a negative review. It appears rather staged. Additionally, I believe you mentioned, that you only had x3 Corsos on your books back when we visited and you referred to them as ‘all dangerous’. Further scaremongering I can only assume, unless the person that left that review started with Eye2Eye after us as I’m sure a dangerous Corso wouldn’t attend a dog groomers as shown in another review. My dog wouldn’t have been so lucky to have such experiences if I followed your advice. Again, such a terrifying thought. I’ll continue to be honest, I found you, quite simply, offensive. You used my dogs breed to scaremonger us, which could have drastically reduced his quality of life. My dog would have had rare social interaction, limited opportunities and no doubt would have wound up being a dangerous dog. Now, the lack of ownership from you regarding the advice you gave is even more concerning. Reflective practice is how we learn, we sadly don’t always get it right and assumptions get the better of us. However, I can understand why you’re being defensive, as it doesn’t look good for business. Hence the staged review no doubt. But, for that same reason, I wouldn’t recklessly write a dishonest review. Sadly, this could have turned out so detrimental for my dog, I couldn’t not speak our truths. I am also more than happy to discuss the issues/concerns that I have raised directly, although, your lack of ownership suggests that the conversation will be a waste of both of our time. However, if you’re willing to have an honest conversation with me I’m happy to give you a call. Yes, the welfare and happiness of my dog and others is at the forefront of my mind, hence why I left my first review.

Bryony is one of few I'd trust 100% with my corsos. She knows the breed and how to get the best out of them catering for each individual as necessary. Many trainers out there but few that know what they are actually doing and even fewer that know how this breed ticks and how to approach them. Massive thankyou bryony for all you do!!!!!!

We chose Eye 2 Eye to help us train our new pup and they certainly did not disappoint! After a few 1-2-1 sessions and lots of homework we have been left with a little angel. The team are super friendly and approachable, we came with no prior knowledge of how to train a dog and now feel very confident that we are doing to right things! The 5 star reviews are there for a reason, they’re a great company and love what they do, it shows.
