I bought a car from eye village cars some months ago. The price was brilliant and I couldn’t complain. The car arrived with a fault - which they took back to Peterborough and ‘sorted’ and delivered again. Until things started to go wrong month after month. When I contacted them to speak about the problems, the way I was spoken to was absolutely disgusting. I was 8 months pregnant at the time and I was physically crying down the phone to them because it took me by surprise how he was speaking to me. He was mocking me (e.g *sarcastic voice* oh, is it broken awwww oh dear awwww), laughing and literally screaming down the phone. It was incredibly childish. I said that I couldn’t believe he was speaking to me this way and that I would have to pass it over to my dad to deal with as I had no idea what to do, I’d never been spoken to like that before. He kept calling and calling me after - he would start calm then end up raising his voice when he wasn’t getting his way. I had to tell him to stop calling me and I took the car to my local garage to get fixed. This was months ago and I literally still thinking about it. If your car has no problems then brilliant. But if it does, be prepared to be screamed at.
