2.30pm appointment, on arrival Berkoff tops your in the eye clinic a&e 3 hour wait? All referels you still have to wait even know you have a booked appointment time. Just not good enough, no point giving appointment time at all. Discussed

My wife was seen more or less on time, examined, and promised the results would be phoned through after 6pm on Monday evening. She has now been called to say that this was wrong and has had a Doctor's letter advising that the GP will set up her future treatment plan. This was a fast turn around for the letter, so I have upgraded my review to 5 stars as it did answer all her needs.
