Awful services, won't tell me how much my contact lense check would be before i book in. So bizarre! They have so many different opticians its ridiculous. The reception lady was not transparent about their service charges she was more interested in who i am. Where can i complain too?

This is a very good opticians. My wife had a problem with her vision and we went there for some advise. They done a few test on her sight and realised that she had damaged her eye. They could not help but phoned the eye hospital for us, spoke to a specialist and arranged and appointment for use. When we asked how much we owed them they wouldn't take any money. Very caring staff
