Margaret, the owner of Eye London, gives great service. She knows everyone, she remembers your prescription (even if she hasn't seen you for years!), she advises you on frames and is so friendly. It's such a nice personal service. I also like the old fashioned friendliness of the place. They don't have all the new machinery of some other Opticians but they clearly know what they're doing and its nice to have a chat with the optician. They have a great selection of frames. I went for unusual large red frames which not only do I love, but so does everyone else. Everyone keeps asking me where I got my glasses from and I always promote Eye London Opticians. Also, when it came time to upgrade I like my red frames so much that they simply re-used them and put in new lenses which made the glasses cheaper. I highly recommend this Black owned business especially for Margaret who is amazing 👏🏿

I have used Eye London as my opticians for some years now, and have always found it a very pleasant experience. The staff are polite and courteous, give a good service and no question is too trivial for me to ask. My queries have always been answered in a polite and professional manner and they have a good range if glasses. I have never been sold a pair of glasses, unless I need them. In fact, I was so impressed with the service and range of glasses they stock, I moved my partner and 2 children from another optician to Eye London. We have never looked back since! I have recommended Eye London to friends and family.
