As usual, a division above its competitors. Eye Level don't really seem to compete on price. I've been going for twenty years and once decided to go to one of their competitors who on the face of it are a fraction the cost. My spectacles from Eye Level all last for a decade or more. The cheap ones were annoying after about a week. The Staff are polite and instil confidence as they measure you for frames. It's Savill Row against Primark. Both have a place. If you can afford it, do without food and go to Eye Level.

Wow! Yes! I didn’t know going to the opticians could be so fun! Walking into Eye-Level was my third optician of the day, but it turned out to be my new “go to” optician. My old glasses were getting pretty rickety and the prescription was a bit too weak. I had seen a super pair about a month before at Fisheye Opticians…however having made the effort to go to Islington at the weekend, the man at Fisheye Opticians was more interested in flirting with another costumer than helping me. He made me feel invisible (so I left). I then went to check out a pair of glasses I had seen online at David Clulow. However when I asked the lady shop advisor where the glass were for small faces she just opened a drawer and walked off. I was beginning to wonder what was wrong with me - did I not look like a serious specs purchaser?! So by about 3pm on my day off, I was feeling pretty despondent. However, on my way back to the tube to go home, I spotted the cheery yellow paint of the Eye-Level store and thought “why not check out one more place?” And how glad I was that I did! What a difference I received at Eye-Level compared to my two previous optician experiences that day. The gentleman on duty was so patient and helpful - as soon as I mentioned I had a small face, he recommended the Colibris brand (which are fabulous)! So we had a fun trying on session and I selected a pair I felt super happy with. I then managed to get an eye test on the spot with a kind and informative optometrist so that my lenses were the correct prescription. This was Saturday. By Wednesday morning - yes less than 3 full working days later - I received my glorious new glasses in the post. They are perfect and I am delighted with them. Eye-Level Opticians is not just a generic chain opticians. This is a professional experience that you walk away from feeling happy and content! I highly recommend! Keep on doing what you are doing - the customer service is AWESOME!

The loveliest possible experience. Fuad squeezed me in for a lunchtime eye test appointment and the Doctor was incredibly patient, went above and beyond, explaining what every step of the test showed him. He gave me a treatment plan that aligned with my lifestyle which he went the extra mile and took time to understand. He handed my details over to Fuad in the shop and he took great care in helping me choose the correct frames and lenses. He ensured I had the right papers for my insurance reimbursement as well. I was very pleasantly surprised by this experience as I was initially nervous but the kindness and attentiveness made my day. Would highly recommend!

If it weren't for Elliott, who pushed me to get an early appointment at Moorfields, it's highly likely I wouldn't have had a glaucoma diagnosis or treatment for months. Everyone at this opticians is highly professional and helpful. I always leave with a pair of glasses people notice and complement. Can't recommend them highly enough!
