My complete and ‘thorough’ eye test lasted all of 5 minutes which included any health questions. I was extremely disappointed in the test which fell well short of what an eye examination should be. I don’t think I will be using this optician again.

Despite arriving with less than 30 minutes to closing I felt welcomed and comfortable to take my time to choose a much needed pair of glasses. Finally got around to having belated eye test. Business in area so popped in no problem with eye test no booking. Had a text message after 1 week glasses ready for collection, was greeted by Trisha she filled my glasses slight adjustment required all done with 100% professional service a credit to Eye Express.

I usually don't write reviews however on this occasion I felt it was necessary! Eye Express are fantastic & their customer service is second to none! Trisha is exceptional, she went above & beyond from the moment I stepped foot in door to help me select the right pair of glasses & the optician was very professional. overall I am so pleased and happy that I went there! I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone that is in need of an eye test/ new pair of glasses! Thankyou team! You've definitely gained a regular customer here :)

Called in to drop of my glasses that got damaged, was hoping to call back and collect them later the same day. Tathir whom was on the front desk went the extra mile and got them repaired with no fuss while I waited . Great friendly service.

I very rarely leave reviews but cannot rate Eye Express highly enough. I unfortunately broke my glasses on 17.01.2022, leaving me with just a pair of sunglasses and urgently needed a replacement pair by 20.01.2022 as it's my partners funeral. I rang up and although they didn't have my exact prescription, they came up with a plan B - they could make me a pair of glasses incredibly close to my own prescription on 18.01.2022 so I at least had a pair while waiting for my own to come in. I popped in to pick my frame and was made to feel so welcome, they helped me pick out new glasses and gave me brilliant advice. They rang me on the 18.01.2022, with both pairs having been made and really saved the day. Despite living on the other side of the city, I will be returning for all my eye needs.
