I had a problem with my specs whilst visiting Birmingham on Saturday 22/04/23. As they were nearby I visited Eye Express at One Stop on Walsall Road and spoke to Arina. Despite my specs being from another opticians she was only too happy to help and sorted them out quickly and efficiently for me. Absolutely excellent service! If they’re that good with customers from their rivals, their service to their own customers must be fantastic. If I lived locally I would definitely be going back for my next check up and to buy my next glasses from them. Thank you Arina and Eye Express at One Stop, Birmingham.

I went with my grandmother on the weekend and was very disappointed with the service that I received. We felt as though the staff were somewhat preoccupied with interacting with the security staff rather than the customers in attendance. We felt the young girl who was supposed to be serving us, was too busy with her phone and had no courtesy. The other lady was too busy with another customer. Improvements are DEFINITELY needed, training needs to be given on customer service and professionalism because at the moment, it feels as though children are running the business! We are taking our custom elsewhere and won't think of returning, until changes and improvements are put in place.
