Terrible company ordered a 6 socket ext cable to run fish aquarium filter,light, pump, filter off, when received 2 off the sockets weren’t working at all so a faulty electrical product, scared me as it would be run 24/7 had to buy one from a shop and they didn’t replace or refund, wouldn’t want a replacement to be honest if that’s what their electrical products do! It’s a fire hazard

Bought cable reel off E bay through this company that clearly stated for outside use but when arrived clearly stated internal use only. Not happy but returned and asked for a refund. Not heard anything for over 1 month and have sent various E mail without success. Update- 23/08/2021. Sent all the relevant information including photos of proof of postage receipts etc AT LEAST FOUR Times and heard nothing. Not concerned about getting my money back but more concerned as misleading information IE selling at product on EBay for exterior use and when product arrives states internal use only. Will pursue now via trading standards.
