Don’t even know where to start! We signed a 2 year contact and like many other reviews were forced to pay a surcharge of an extra 10p per litre! So we have lived in our house since jan 21, around December time we had to order our 3rd lot of gas. I contacted and raised concerns that the tank was leaking. I was told that this could not be possible and the refused to send someone out to look. We ran out of gas in December after placing an order at 20%, contacted told I had to wait 21 days. When they eventually came to put the gas in, I was told they could not do this as the tank was leaking! We were then left during the coldest week in winter (3 week running) with no gas while they came out to replace this. No apologies or nothing! Fast forwarding to now! I was unable to place an order online so had to ring up of course in office hours! The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Again told to wait 21 days. We are still waiting and had no gas! Shocking that they can leave people like this!

Signed 2yr Fixed Rate Contract in August 2021. The Company has not honoured the fixed rate of 33ppl. Since the start of the Contract, I have been charged £1,575.86p in surcharges. I have written to the Accounts Department, and had no response, so emailed the Owner, still no response ! Dreadful Business attitude. Extragas, please respond to this review, or to my email privately. It is now over a month since I emailed you ???

This is the second Saturday I have tried to pick up a refill where the gates have been closed and shutters down on the office by 13:35 - are management aware that this is going on? I'd understand if it was 13:55 but with almost 30 minutes to go before closing time? Also, I have been in the office when one of the staff - male, glasses, maybe in his twenties has been discriminating against a local traveller family that came to pick up a refill. Way to represent the company guy!

We have been without gas for 6 days now. Ordered on 27th Feb, now 25th March. Spoke to them and they said current waiting time is 21 days ‘til delivery - be warned, they don’t mean 3 weeks, which is what most people would assume, when I phoned to chase they said that it means 21 working days (which is 4 weeks and one day! Really?!). Despite explaining that my mum has returned from hospital with cancer and was staying with us for respite, there was nothing they could/would do. Very very poor! My only wonder is if the business is about to go under. We are one year into a contract, and we all know how difficult it is to get out of one of those! I wait with baited breath…
