There may well be ways to treat this; but I have been chasing the team for 3 months now for advice and they have just dodged the question with promises to get back to me which they have not fulfilled.

The team at Exterior Solutions are a pleasure to work with. We specified their Charred Larch cladding and needed a quick turn around on the order due to a tight build programme. They worked with us closely to deliver a beautiful product in time and were always on hand for our queries. The cladding looks really good and we had no quality issues whatsoever. We'll definitely work with them again - would highly recommend!

Very very poor shou sugi ban. I was very excited to finally work with shou sugi ban and this was supplied for a project in Carbis Bay, Cornwall I was shocked at the quality, (given the price) as there is no quality control. You get sent whatever which means more waste than you think. The planks sent were split and warped which take a lot of beating to get in place. Once done it looks great but the quality is very disappointing
