Really pleased with our new hot tub. Bought as an upgrade from our inflatable one which we enjoyed for a year or two. You’ll really notice the difference investing in a proper tub. The team at Exterea are really helpful, delivering when agreed and on hand to provide advice on cleaning and chemicals to balance it. Also reassuring that they are not too far away if there ever are any issues.

On installation date the team did a brilliant job headed by Sandy. He talked us through everything and answered all our questions. We were blown away by the very knowledgeable and informative service. No hard sales either which we loved. Would thoroughly recommend!
