    please do NOT book ExpressTest . During covid, I was flying to Milan, so I booked the "4 hours PCT fit to fly" test - however the test results only came back in 5 hours, no explanation, no apologies - I had to cancel my flight to Milan and rebook into a new one, pay extra money for the new booking (£600+ out of pocket). I claimed that via customer service, but received no response. please do NOT use them, as they are un-realiable, no customer service, and their on the ground staff member cannot help at all either. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Extremely poor customer service, not worth your time nor money.

    Results came out “indeterminate” and they asked me to come back two hours before my flight was to depart. I got the first appointment that morning. It’s ridiculous. I missed my flight and ended up needing to pay more than £400 and waste a day to reschedule.

    I used their service twice, organised and fast, results came in 30min, and also both times i had to cancel the first booking due to wrong place/time for test, and they refunded both within 2 days and update you about the process im between, simply a great service.

    This review has two parts. 1. The staff onsite is generally helpful. 2. Their website is the stupid website ever. It doesn’t allow you to fill in the correct date! I had to go with some other providers but it wasted so much time. Update: I received a response from their customer service team today stating "Please contact us in future and our customer service team would be more than happy to help you. ^ Emani." This message is indicative that there's something their customer service team might be able to do but I am not. This is misleading. The fact is nobody should have to contact anybody to fill in a simple online form. I am very IT literate and never had to contact customer service for filling in any forms in my entire life. The fact that they don't want to review with their IT department and perform more integration and end user testing before releasing the website to start booking people in, to me, is an unprofessional action. Due to this reason, I have changed it from two stars to one. However, this has no negative connotation to how people on site perform the tests.
