I went in a couple of weeks ago to buy a new nose ring and a ouple of hoops for my cartilage ear piercings, I asked them for help with the sizing and was assured that they were the right size with the girl telling me the nose hoop was the same size as the one I already had in. When I got home, I found another nose ring the same size as the one I have in but gold and compared sizes and it was too small, I also tried to put in the hoops for my ears but as I was about to put them in, I realised they would also be far too big. I didn't put any of them in as I know there's hygiene regulations and simply put them back in the packet. I went back three days later with the items in the complete same condition as I bought them and was refused a refund. £12 straight down the drain for products I could have got for under £6 in total on ebay, but I wanted to support a local business. I won't be buying from them again. They obviously just gave me careless advice to push a sale knowing I couldn't return them anyway. Very disappointed.

Went and got Medusa pierced, the studio is clean but the women who did the piercing wasn’t very friendly, explained the piercing but no friendly chitchat to put you at ease, no really explanation of aftercare. Had quick look in mirror and seemed fine. Was in and out in 5 mins. As I walked out I realised the back felt funny, like it wasn’t centre. Thought was just swelling. Got home and looked at the back and realised it was fully wonky, she had done in at angle, again waited for sweeping to go down but 3 weeks later it’s still the same, the back doesn’t sit straight, sits at and angle and digs in to my lip, when I went back to the shop they said they could re do it for me, I said no I’d like a refund but wouldn’t give me a refund till they took the piercing out! Asked to buy a new bar to put back in but they refused. Said wasn’t happy with this so left and boss rung me, again offered to re do it, take it out and refund or credit note. So went back and let them take it out. The piercer who took it out wasn’t the one who did it, she apologised but the boss never did. All round awful experience, will not be going back and definitely warning anyone who thinks of going there

Visited here whilst on holiday in Morecambe and what a lovely little shop it is, sells beautiful baby items and gifts and also does piercings, both of my daughter's had there ears pierced whilst here and was very happy with the experience, staff were friendly and helpful and the whole piercing experience was very pleasent, quick and efficient and both my girls are happy with there new piercings

Brilliant customer service as someone who is goth I get very nervous entering shops and they were extremely friendly to me. The piercing studio is extremely clean was like I was at the dentist and she told me what she was going to do and told me about aftercare. The jewerly is very nice too. Overall pleasant experience and would go back if I wanted anything else done!
