Purchased artificial grass brush for a job, arrived without collection box. They offered to send a grass box but I had already sourced another machine locally for the job. Refused to pick the item up as they say it's not faulty. Their terms and conditions deem it to be as faulty as it's a missing part. Very dissatisfied with their poor customer service.

I ordered some grass. The delivery guy called me and said he couldnt make it. The delivery then gets signed for by a random person and now Expressgrass want me to make a claim on my card rather than give me a refund. I have requested pictures of where the grass was delivered - requests have gone unanswered.

I purchased artificial grass from this company May 2020. It arrived quickly, but this was the ONLY good thing about it! I had the grass laid by a reputable, experienced company. The grass is very poor quality, the ‘backing’ doesn’t hold the grass, it’s noisy/crunchy, the grass is completely flat, it doesn’t stand up or brush back up, it is substandard quality and overall appalling. I have had 2 different companies out to inspect the grass and the work. BOTH companies have said the grass is cheap, rubbish and not fit for purpose, they have also said that there is nothing wrong with the foundations of type1 MOT and compacted grano dust as Express Grass implied. I have been trying to resolve this with this dreadful company for months, at first they responded via email to suggest the issue was with the foundations but it isn’t and I have since not heard back. I have telephoned to no avail. I have since sought legal advice who wrote to this company on my behalf and they have not had the courtesy of a reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

AWFUL BAD Quality, BAD customer Services. Do not bother to specify the length of your grass, they are going to cut whatever they want. Apparently they have a clause in their T&C's saying that they can cut at their convenience. Useless. I regret the purchase with this company. They sent me a leftover offcut and they didn't even bother to cut it to the size I needed.
