Very knowledgeable and helpful here so the support was very much geared to what I needed. Everything was explained in terms I could understand and there was no pressure, just good and honest service. Their workshop was very well equipped to source, install and set-up new pick-ups and undertake a full guitar service. Their attention to detail is great and the guitar now sounds incredible!
