Booked in for checking poor brakes, Mechanic showed me the issue almost as soon as car was on ramp in that the Brake pads were worn down to paper thickness compared to new pads, I was also advised that rear tyres were in poor condition with several bulges and a cut in one which was very deep All in all I was in this garage about an hour and had rear brakes done and went for 2 new tyres. Rating them as the fastest mechanics I have ever experienced and prices are excellent. Strange to say but it was actually a pleasant experience to visit a garage. Would recommend to anyone

Great garage, Needed some work doing on my Mondeo, they gave me a quote which I was happy with and we agreed car would be with them for about 3 hours, so I left them to it and went into reading shopping, literally two and a half hours later they called me to say car was all done. I then got a taxi back to the garage to find out they had even reduced the quote by £30 which nowadays is so refreshing to be undercharged. Car now drives perfectly I am delighted with their workmanship and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone, I will definitely be using them again in the future, Thankyou Dave and your hard working team for all your work

Awful service, sadly could not order the part in as it never arrived, and still chasing for our money back. Took car to another gargage who thankfully diagnosed a correct issue at a much cheaper price!! Been chasing our money for weeks. Would not recommend this garage

Booked this place via black circles for a tyre fitting and after realising I didn't have my locking wheel nut key, they were still able to change my rear tires and replace the locking nuts for an extra fee (it was cheaper than getting Volkswagen to sort it out). Great customer service and a lovely reception area to wait in. Took about 40m to fit two rear tyres and take off the locking nuts.

Took 3 attempts to get my car in for a service and MOT. With excuses like 'the supplier sent us the wrong parts' while I'm sat there waiting for 40 minutes and the car is on the ramp, maybe someone should have checked? Collected the car on a Friday afternoon (thank you to the guy who I dealt with, you are considerably more professional than the bloke who runs the circus), I was unable to pay by card for some reason, so they asked for me to bank transfer it. Being away for the weekend I had planned to pay on Monday afternoon, I received a call from the boss stating that I was 'late on the payment and they were going to add a service charge' - good joke. I apologised and said that no one had told me to pay by a certain date or there would be penalties. The response of 'well it's pretty obvious' didn't sit well with me so I mentioned that it was pretty rude, only to be met with an equally sarcastic 'not really, its not rocket science mate'. Ultimately - it's cheap - there are some good staff - but not worth dealing with the clown that runs the place.

Booked in MOT but had a last minute sickness. Called me up very professionally and explained the issue and apologised. Asked if I could bring it and leave the car with them for a few hours. I did. They had it done within 2 hours even with a sickness. Very professional and recommend a lot!
