Israel has been my personal trainer for 4 years now, my whole physical and mental health has improved. It’s given me so much confidence in my own body. Over the last couple of years we have been in COVID but Isreal has been able to adapt his delivery of PT and matched clients together for joint PT lessons to lower costs, when discussed. He’s mindful and respectful of clients and very knowledgeable, especially if you have an injury. I would recommend israel 100%, especially if you want someone to work long term with you to achieve your goals and maintain. Thanks

I have been training with Israel for about 3 months now and the drastic change physically is nothing short of a miracle. I have lost weight, toned up and also become stronger. His training is varied and has a mix of cardio and strength, plus it’s fun! It is evident Israel is passionate about what he’s doing and genuinely cares about his clients. Israel will correct form and technique plus he will make individual adjustments to the exercises if needed. He’s also a genuinely kind person and if you have any worries or questions he’s always there to support you. If you’re in two minds join!!!!! your future self will be grateful you did!
