She was just a lovely person to deal with..I would hire her in a heartbeat! Very bad experience with company. There are trucks of three sizes, and they claimed not even the smallest one would fit into our courtyard. Charged £1,785 + VAT cancellation fee and we had to wait one month for an alternative company to pour screed when they refused to deliver to our site after full payment made. Photo attached showing the medium sized truck fitting into our courtyard with no problem whatsoever. Expensive and if you want to avoid a hefty cancellation fee and delays to your project, I recommend getting in touch with tarmac.com who were far more professional and cheaper. ** Edit: In response to the reply that 'They have not had any dealings with us' see attached credit note issued by them with refund charge highlighted .
