I live in a block of flats in Hove, and we have recently had two new lifts installed by Express Lift Alliance Ltd. I have lived here for over 50 years and these are the noisiest lifts we have ever had. I am some distance away from them, but can hear them day and night. One of my neighbours lives closer to them, has had to resort to wearing headphones in her home, and is even considering moving elsewhere. I have spoken to other residents in the block and they too are finding the noise very disturbing. This would probably not be a problem in an office block, but in a residential one it is dreadful.

This company ruins old lifts like Express lifts and old bennie lifts. This company should be terminated as Otis have taken the old Express name and turned them into something horrible, the complete opposite to what they were like in the 1970s

Terrible company, should not be allowed to trade. Disputed claims can take years to be resolved. Then they just send an email with no explanation and demand payment. Apparently you cannot speak to the decision makers!! Disgrace of a company, please do not get caught out like we were with them.
