Called to amend policy to include business use less than 24hrs after taking a policy out. They were unable to offer this so said they would cancel with a full refund. Turns out they didn't refund the policy and now are only partially refunding after I noticed despite phone recordings they refuse to give me. Have never had customer service this bad. Never use this company

Brilliant Customer service was top quality! from the guys/guy one was called Adam and the other helped out spectuactualy! I'm sorry I didn't catch your name. the man who is going to head office to sort out the problem with the CBT/car driving licence issue and now going to possibly save many customers in the long run that were in the same boat as me. I thank you dude so much your quality of service was brilliant that is how any call should be done (many calls). You deserve pay rise. It made me think that's how he's gotta talk to everyone else that was outstanding. MANY MANY MANY MANY thanks to this insurance! it says on the opening times 8 am till 8pm then when you phone its open from 8.30pm times are wrong online and need changing

Get what you pay for, they're cheap so don't expect good service - Have called in and had good experiences and bad, were unhelpful when I had an accident that wasn't my fault, but was only covered for 3rd party so... insurance is mandatory, this is a bare minimum I suppose...

Charged £97 to cancel an insurance. Absolutely disgusted with this. Would never use again. Look elsewhere for much better service and fees. Never ever have I been charged this much to cancel an insurance.
