Joke of a company. Ordered a 2.9m balcony. Gave dates I would be away and when not to deliver. Watched as the item just turned up 1 week before I was back of holiday, with a 70 yr old driver on his own to lift a 160kg item off a lorry. No notification of the deliver whilst I was away. Watched on security cameras as a builder 2 doors down helped pull it off and leave it down my side passage . No follow up customer service. Emails and phone calls ignored by Kane re technical support. Delivered without the fixings. They are quick to take your money but you're on your own after. Please avoid at all costs.

Company boasts “unbeatable lead times” and “speedy delivery” but this certainly wasn’t my experience. Sales team told me delivery would be 6-7 days from ordering, but this changed to 10 days once I had placed the order. Having taken the day off work and scheduled the bathroom fitter, unbelievably, I wasn’t informed that delivery had in fact been delayed. First mirror finally delivered 17 days after placing order but was badly damaged. Another delay to the bathroom fitter resulting in an additional bill of £250 to finish the job. Second (replacement) mirror delivered 24 days after placing order. Generally poor customer service - calls not returned, not notified of delays and constantly need to chase for updates. Customers are only made aware of delivery after 4pm day before delivery) but company insist on someone being home to help delivery driver offload the mirror.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Helen was super helpful before the order was placed, the price was extremely competitive and when we discovered a large scratch at the time of installation, which was almost 2 months after the delivery, Helen upon contact very kindly reordered the glass for replacement without any problems! Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Thank you!

Appalling company. Ordered glass at the start of December for my wife's Christmas present. Phoned twice to see where it was and was reassured both times that it would be dispatched shortly. Finally on the third call on the 20th December they tell me they don't even have the glass in stock. Avoid.

This farcical company delivered an immensely heavy Juliet balcony to me with just one man, the driver. It should have been a 3 to 4 man lift to unload the balcony. Now the balcony has been damaged during unloading they refuse to negotiate to provide either a replacement or compensation. I’m now awaiting my credit card company to help. Failing that I’ll be taking civil action action these unprofessionals. Even the likes of curry’s, ao & Argos send a 2 man delivery team to unload items half the weight & size of this Juliet balcony I recommend you purchase from elsewhere or you may end up with a brand new damaged glass balcony like I have
