Very disappointed, was kept waiting for 10 minutes to a booked video call appointment , rang office to ask what was happening and was sent another link to connect to another agent, I made contact in response to a letter sent to my house implying that the company would by the house from me but I found the agent was asking me to advertise the property with company which I was not interested in
