    Needing a batch of CD's duplicated I chose express duplication because they were local and advertised themselves as the "UK's leading providers of CD, DVD & Bluray Duplication"... These idiots royally screwed up my artwork and effectively turned it from a professional looking CD cover into something a small child wouldn't be proud of. Obviously I voiced my dissatisfaction at this but they flatly refused to rectify the issue by reprinting and, instead, would only give me an inconvenient refund stating they COULD NOT guarantee to duplicate my artwork...! My advice would be to avoid this company. They are most unprofessional, their standards are very poor and they have left me in a very inconvenient position.
