Avoid - late, expensive, rude Heathrow airport taxi pick up an hour late. Good Friday so zero traffic. Driver cited traffic as the problem. Then got rude and pulled over to side of road and said pay in full or get out. Central office had no management staff as on Easter break - person there said pay or we would be breaking the law. Feeling threatened and vulnerable and needing to get home to kids we paid. Complaint procedure is in house form followed up by internal management. Driver then drove extremely fast - over 80mph - as there was no traffic. Couldn’t wait to get out of the car. First time using this company. Wish I’d read the terrible reviews on Yell, Trustpilot etc. all 1* - will never use again. Suggest you use another taxi firm.
