The blinds are of good quality, however the service from the company themselves is shocking. Placed an order and paid a 50% deposit, we were told the blinds would take 3-4 weeks to be made then they would contact us to arrange a date to be fitted. 4 weeks passed with no further contact from the company so I contacted them myself to get an update. This is when I was told that our blinds had not been ordered as they apparently wanted to come out and measure again and confirm where the blinds would be placed despite us already stating we were happy for them to be fitted however they saw best (in or out of the window due to our windows being tilt and turn). This was not communicated to us at the time of ordering and paying a deposit. They then were not able to offer an appointment to measure and confirm for a further 2 weeks. This was until we said this was not good enough and wanted someone out that day otherwise we would cancel our order and go elsewhere. Miraculously the director of the company was then able to come to our house within an hour. On arrival at our house he was so rude, claiming that we had requested an appointment in the afternoon then not been in. The opposite was actually correct, we requested a morning appointment but they turned up in the afternoon when we were not at home due to being at a hospital appointment which we told them at the time of booking. He then also stated that we had been left a voicemail which was also not true yet I was the apparent liar as it was wrote on his paperwork so obviously it had to be the truth. At this point I told him to either stop being so rude and arguing with me or get out of my house and I’ll have my money back. We were sleeping in a bedroom with no blinds whilst we waited for these to be fitted why would we not respond to communication for them and delay having our blinds fitted. The blinds were then finally ordered and magically arrived within a week after we had complained, however one blind arrived around a metre too short for the window. This then took another further week to me remade and fitted. Overall a terrible experience with a very rude company, next time we will go elsewhere.

Took my blinds to express blinds wombwell and ordered new ,I ordered an 11 & 5 slats my 11 are perfect 👍🏻 but the 5 are on windowsill and drag when I open and close them or turn them , thought they would be perfect as I took my old ones into showroom for measurements , little disappointed with the 5 slats, took them back to shop and they are making me them again , thank-you express blinds

We have placed numerous orders over the course of the past one year for the total amount of about £3000. These consisted of white MDF shutters for our windows and patio doors throughout our property. Everything seemed to be going fine until our third and final order where they’ve made a designing error as the wrong side of the shutter overlaps the other, making it difficult to access the handle of this window in question. We have notified the company of this error but they have shown very little interest in resolving this. Although a representative has returned and reversed these shutter doors this simply doesn’t work because it looks different from the others and it is out of place. We have proposed to either replace this one shutter or issue a compensation for their mistake which we now have to live with but their response was rather upsetting and condescending. They have first offered a ridiculous £25 refund which we have declined then the manager increased this to a “generous” £40. According to him this is meant as a gesture of goodwill rather than admission of fault which proves the company’s arrogant and patronising attitude towards their loyal customer. We have declined his insulting proposal and insisting on a replacement ever since with little luck so far. Due to their lack of attention to detail, they’ve also shared our personal data and all of our sales invoices with a third party which proves again their lack of attention to detail. I won’t recommend this company to anyone as their customer service is appalling and their after sales support is non existent. They have no value for their loyal customers and for their repeated business only until they take your money and if a problem arises during the process they deny any responsibility at all.
