After paying deposit was told it’ll be 2 months before delivery. So I cancelled and was told refund will be within 7 days tops, over 10 days later and 3 emails still no refund. Tried calling but no answer. Please do not pay this company a penny!!! They do not refund or by the looks of other reviews, don’t provide working appliances. Will be contacting trading standards regarding these cowboys

The most disgraceful company very unimpressed with these , They deliver goods that are broken and then take your deposit, been waiting weeks for a replacement to be told to wait even longer , but still ask for more money, absolute joke then have the audacity to give out threats with fines of a hundred pounds, absolutely disgusting I'm now going to solicitors and trading standards. Don’t believe the so called reviews on Facebook and trust pilot how dodgy this place is they probably paid them of to write them absolutely ridiculous, AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO A COMPANY THAT IS LEGITIMATELY GOOD AND NOT CON ARTISTS

Seems like these are having a laugh, big time. Ordered a washing machine for 17/11/22, it worked for 2 loads then e08 code straight away. Telling me its too heavy when theres nothing in it. Try to arrange for a replacement to be told thursday the Following week. I phone them today to be told it wasnt put in system properly and now noone can come to next thursday. O still got to pay bill tho aye. To see some of the complaints on here and how they told somebody "take your review down or dont get your replacement" try that with me and il go slipping jimmy on them. Do it at your own risk........
