I‘m very unhappy with the service we have received from Expocart. Arranging the artwork originally was the post difficult I have ever had with any printing company Then our order was missed and I needed to contact you to remind them about it We then received a damaged table with poor instructions and a damaged graphic We then received another replacement table which wasn't the same as the one we was originally sent, so therefore didn’t fit the damaged graphic that was refused to be replaced.

I must say considering the stress behind doing our first dental show, Expocart and especially Aiden and Sami need to be commended for there efforts in making it a easy and seamless process arranging the furniture and graphics to ensure our stand stood out from the rest. Would highly recommend these guys and will be sure to use them again in the future.

Don't bother using these guys if you are looking for a quality build. Everything is outsourced so they can't assure the quality in the execution. I was told after 2 days of issues at a trade show that a rebate would be provided. I'm still waiting till this day for a reply to my emails. The only reason why I'm giving them 1 star is because the initial customer service was great from Beth.
