My son had his first birthday here. The soft play is great! The staff - not so much. Not helpful, rude and the moment we went into the party room we were rushed they entire time. Still eating and we had members of staff clearing tables - food that was still being eaten! Dessert was brought out before they were finished and whilst doing the cake and singing happy birthday we had 4 members of staff standing at the front just watching looking miserable! They even ended up in pictures and videos! It’s such a shame.
