I have never before met such an enthusiastic team. I have seen my daughter grow in subjects and the level of support is amazing. She loves how when she is done, she can have fun in a space full of games and how every session she can collect cards to win prizes with good behaviour and by working hard. My son has been going since year 1. He loves the place and has progressed so much. He loves the way each session is conductrd5 whether it is his individual Maths/English session or his group sessions. He has progressed through Creative Maths, Creative Writing, 11+ in year 5 and now enjoying the Success in Secondary sessions. The tutors are great and very knowledgeable and down-to-earth. The management support us amazing too. We would highly recommend this for all kids. It's a fun way for kids to learn without too much pressure.

Today when I went to pick up my daughter, she didn’t do any work. Basically when I went there they took time to get her. It made me worried like did something happen. Usually they get her out straight away. After the lady got her she didn’t saying anything and pretending to look for her note then asking her where was she sitting. Then she goes she didn’t do any work today. They didn’t know she was there because she wasn’t signed on the computer. I got really confused. It didn’t make any sense. I asked the lady what was she doing the whole time. She goes playing in play area. When I spoke to the main person he goes they were really busy today and sometime it happens and sometimes the notes can go missing. She meant to get half hour play time and there was a staff there so how wouldn’t they know if she’s there more than half an hour. Makes no sense. I am so confused, my daughter was there for hour and half doing nothing and they didn’t take responsibility in making sure she was having her session. I am starting to think they are careless and having second thoughts am I wasting my daughter time and my money.
