Dreadful. Used this company to hire two skips whilst completing a building project. There were a few minor issues with delivery, with the company being awkward and unhelpful and causing minor damage to a gate and fence, however when it came to removal of the skips the service was terrible. Couldn't get through on the phone after trying for days, when I did get through they had no interest in coming to collect the skip and wouldn't give any time frame. I had planned to get another skip from this company, but had to go elsewhere due to the time it took to get hold of them, but as they hadn't removed the old skip I couldn't even get a new one in from another company. I still have a skip that hasn't been collected and it has massively delayed my project and cost me money. I will never use this company again and will ensure none of my colleagues do either.

First and last time using this company, nowhere on the website dose it say how long you can keep the skip for and when booking over the phone, they did not say how long we were allowed to have the skip. Apparently it's only for two weeks, this morning a driver just turned uped and took the skip half empty, no phon call to say they were coming just turned up. Please put it on your website in future. Or make the customer aware over the phone. Phoned them and no answer.

I provided Expert Ship Hire Sussex an opportunity to remedy my complaint before I decided to provide a review .... obviously no joy. We previously ordered a skip which was not collected & caused problems with people dumping on top of our skip. There had been a change over of ownership. We found this out for ourselves - no notification from either company. Contacted the new company to arrange collection Expert were not aware they had a skip missing! Ordered another skip to take top up rubbish from original skip & additional items. We were not provided with terms or conditions verbally or in writing at any point. It was arranged to take the skip this Friday (there had been no collection date agreed previously). Expert collected the skip early, removed a mattress from it stating they do not take these items. Until this point no one had informed us! I'm left with extra bags of rubbish which I didn't have a chance to put in the skip & a mattress. If I had made the choice in hire (husband organised it) I would have used Greenacre Reycycling Ltd. Who are a well established, Trading Standards Approved company. Service: Junk removal
