Called them out to fix a leaky gutter. Bodged the repair with silicone and flashing tape. Gutter leak got even worse, chased them again and again to get them back out to fix it (when they bothered to turn up, 3 missed appointments). A dozen calls to the office to try and sort it. Never called you back, all sorts of different excuses. Also tried to charge me twice for their mess. Ended up paying another firm to rip out the mess and replace it. 70 quid down the drain plus cost of professional repair.

The experience from start to ''unfinish'' (A month in and still a incomplete job) has been a joke. The first tradesmen they sent, fit gutter incorrectly and then decides to take our Ariel and cut the cable attached (Oh they claimed to sack him to add weight to their incompetence). 3 - 4 visits latter and still waiting for a gutter that works.
