Stolen from and lied to!! They lie about the quote, We have emails quoting a figure and then confirming there were no extra hidden charges and they’d be there until ‘the job was done’. We told them the day before to come an hour later than they planned so we didn’t leave them waiting however they then added £75 as a waiting fee because they had to wait an hour to get into the new place, bearing in mind they didn’t charge an hour less for the lie in they had. We have then discovered that they stole money and vouchers from them, we’ve fully unpacked and we just keep getting told to search more!! They were inside a unit which was dismantled without our permission but we’re being treated like WE’VE mislaid them. Shocking that we can be stolen from and no form of apology or even belief from them. Manager is hands down one of the rudest people I’ve had the misfortune to speak to on the phone and instead of making the moving process stress free they made it a million times worse. Beware of the hidden clause that says they phone you halfway through the move and demand payment for the job and tell their staff to stop working until it’s paid. Absolutely awful company. Can’t remember the last time I was having my haircut and the hairdresser threatened to stop halfway unless I paid- yet this company seem to think that’s how a service should work. Thieving liars- do not use

Absolutely amazing pair of lads. Still with us now at 6pm bless them. 9 hours of very hard work. We have moved into a very old cottage with narrow doorways, tiny staircase but the guys managed perfectly under the difficult circumstances. Extremely polite and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone moving home. Five star service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
