TERRIBLE do not use! Got Paul to install a boiler for us and he a)didn't finish the job b) asked for money upfront and then wouldn't give us an invoice c) when reported him to Gas Safe register he wasn't even registered, tried to claim that he wasn't but the worker was - ITS JUST PAUL DAVIES he is the only worker running several companies from the one address which hints that he has had to change his business as he isn't competent. d) Made lots of excuses fork lateness - Did not turn up on time/ lost his phone/ had another emergency job DO NOT TRUST!!!! I saw some recommendations for him on facebook and forwarded to my husband. Paul promised him that he will be there even after my husband informed him of having to drive almost 40miles one way only for his visit, early evening appointment postponed to late evening, then mentioned in call that he was on his way and will be reaching in 20 mins. My husband kept trying to call him after 1 hour, and he kept sending text saying on his way...on his way for about 2 hours from a place that was 20mins away, so literally waited an entire day for him and had to return back 40 miles around 10pm!

I cannot say enough good things about Paul from Expert Plumbers. My boiler broke on the coldest day of the year, on a weekend. When I called Paul from Expert Plumbers, he had just had an accident and was actually in a hospital bed, but offered to help me nonetheless. He called me on FaceTime and diagnosed the problem, after which stayed with me on the phone while he guided me through the steps of fixing it. Super professional and kind individual. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused to take any payment. This is what I call exceptional, dedicated, and competent service! I am recommending this company to all my friends.
