We were impressed with Expeditional who we used for our wedding in December 2019. We initially ordered just one double decker bus, but a couple of days before the wedding (having a bit more money left in our budget), ordered a second. Although we were initially a bit disappointed about the lack of flexibility in pricing (given that this was a winter wedding), we were impressed how quickly the second bus was obtained. In fact, Expeditional procured the bus from another supplier, and managed to arrange that within one day. The guests loved the buses and we're so glad we got them. They don't come cheap (we obtained quotes from loads of companies, all in a very similar price range, or more), but if you have to get transport and can afford it, we would recommend. The guests loved it, and it looked awesome in the photos. When my wife and I saw the buses pull up to the venue, it looked incredible, was so much smoother than having guests arrive by taxi, and was really nice to see.

what a mess. Bus got held up in traffic and roadworks (yes it is London so maybe the bus leaves more time) so they decided to save them missing the next booking they would not bother collecting our group of 20. Called us 15 minutes after they were due to turn up. Left us hanging on a corporate day out. Would not touch them. Others out there I am sure are better.

We booked with expeditional to transport our wedding guests from the ceremony to the evening venue. Our driver Barry and our conductor Terry were absolutely fantastic. The bus was the highlight of the day for quite a few of our guests!! Our communication with expeditional in the lead up (with Ashley) was also fantastic - he was incredibly diligent in replying and provided all the info we needed whenever we needed it. A lot of bus companies out there but this one I would thoroughly recommend!!! Thanks all.

You need to read the small print very carefully, I purchased a voucher for my husband for his birthday back in September, understanding that he could use this at any point up to one year from purchase. Unfortunately he died at the beginning of this month - have applied for a refund to be told that this can only be given up to 30 days from original purchase -...... Probably the least customer friendly or sympathetic organisation I have dealt with.....

This is not a review but is intended to enlighten any person wishing to drive the RT bus. I have driven RT 2591 many times and I am not physically endowed but of medium strength. The climb into the cab is not a problem for a normal person provided you avoid the handbrake and indicator post on the way in. There is no heavy "clutch" since the transmission is an air operated preselector gearbox and the lightest of pressure is needed to change gear with the operating pedal. Brakes are also air assisted. The steering is no problem with no loading but it does get heavy with full passenger load. I would highly recommend a drive in this iconic London bus. Love it !
