Let me save you some time and get to the point without beating around the bush. If you are considering them then you can confidently engage Mark and Luke from Expansion Air Conditioning Ltd for your heating/cooling requirements. They were absolutely fantastic in delivering my multi split air conditioning project at my residence in Northfleet, Kent. Right from my very first phone call enquiring about the appropriate specification and quote to couple of weeks post completion of the installation, Mark remained very responsive, supportive, professional and engaged in ensuring that the project was a success and that I was a fully satisfied customer. Luke and Mark we also fantastic in ensuring excellent cable, pipe and conduit management which meant the units did not hinder the aesthetics of my home both externally as well as internally. Mark also displayed interest in understanding my requirements and was able to recommend Mitsubishi Heavy Industries based system for our home. I must say, as promised, the system is extremely quiet, effective and very energy efficient as promised. The indoor units too look very elegant and non-intrusive as intended. Having an energy efficient system installed was a critical requirement for me as I was planning to power a multi unit and a dedicated unit all on solar and I must say I have been able run both of them just on solar during the day and on a 10KW battery during the night. Luke was very thorough with the installation and ensured that all packaging and rubbish removed leaving the place clean and tidy. I am hoping that google allows me to post a few pictures of their excellent workmanship if not, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Mark or Luke and request for a few pictures of their most recent projects. I am sure you will be very pleased! When it comes to perfection, aesthetics, functionality, practicality, customer support and returns/value from investment, I am very persistent about these and I must say Expansion Air Conditioning Ltd have definitely exceeded all of my expectations.
