A beautiful space to come for adults and children. The otters are a particular favourite. Pens are laid out really well, and the glass fences allow for children to see without the need to pick them up! We will be returning soon

Oh my god. What a waste of money going in here. Never again. Hardly any animals to see. And yes it was hot and animals would be in shade but they should put a sign up saying most of animals are taking shelter or give money back. About 95%of the paths are gravel with big stones and we're horrible to use my disability scooter and got stuck lots of times. Overall not a good time.

Great zoo. We done the lemur experience and it was definitely worth it. Got to sit down, stroke and feed the lemurs. Sam lead the experience and was very friendly and knowledgeable. You can definitely tell that she enjoys what she does. She really did make the experience even more worth while than it already was! We also watched her feed the otters, and again, Sam was so sooo knowledgeable. Overall, it is a great zoo, that is great value for money, with great zookeepers, and lots of interesting animals to see.

We visited this amazing zoo on the 12th April 2023 and our children (ages 8 and 11) took part in the Zoo keeper experience. Sam was our keeper for the duration. The children chose the animals they wanted to do the experience with as we walked around the zoo initially. The children prepared all of the food for the animals and had chance to feed them up close with Sam's supervision. Sam was very knowledgeable and you could tell how much she knew and loved all of the animals in her care. The experience was truly memorable for all of us and I highly recommend it to anyone of any age. Thank you Sam! Keep doing what you do ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
