We were recommended to use Chris and exotic palm & spa only to very quickly realise that his initial knowledgeable, OCD-esq demeanour is actually an intimidating way to continually undermine and upsell. He has a great way of making you feel you need more products than you do. The type of salesman who makes you think he’s doing you a favour but is actually robbing you blind! Stay away.

If you like rude customer service this is the place for you. Went back here for more chemicals to be told they have never sold the ones they sold me 6 months ago?!? I wanted to shop local to support local business but think I'll stick to amazon and give my money to them.

Very rude, agree with others, parked in customer bay and he was straight downstairs looking out the door. You could see he was going to say something then he realised I was coming to his shop when I said hi. He let the door shut, thought he was going to hold it open for me.😂 He asked what I wanted I said EZ Clear he said he had never heard of it and spouted being in industry 25 years. He told me I needed this and that. I had loads of different chemical with my spa all called EZ, EZ chlorine etc, and didn’t want to double up on same stuff. Was just reading bottle of stuff he gave me and he told basically told me he didn’t have time to wait as he had a call coming from Canada. He was so arrogant in the way he spoke to me. Told him to forget it and left, asked the same at Johnson’s hit tubs in Maidstone, she had heard of brand but didn’t sell it and sold me the equivalent and answered some additional questions. I’ll use them for chemicals now. You might have been in busy for 25years but that doesn’t mean your any good, perhaps if you had a better customer service you might have earned enough to retire. You look like your old enough too.

tried to go there very little parking parked outside the place and was told you cant park here even when wanting to use there shop which seemed to be treated with some surprise. obviously not the sort of person who's custom they want so me and my money went elsewhere.
