Very disappointed with the out of hours service. We took our dog in who was unable to urinate with kidney stones. After he was treated for the stones, he became completely unable to walk. Resolved one problem but causes another serious one? Sarah Knight, the lead vet was unable to explain how his damage’s occurred and seemed very suspicious. The nurse who carried our dog out, nastily banged our dog’s head against a door frame and didn’t apologise. The whole experience was horrible. Whilst sitting in a waiting room, we could hear our dog yelping from another room despite doors being closed. No compassion or understanding. I put a complaint in regarding the treatment and it is clear the clinic’s director, Victoria Johnson doesn’t care about the way our dog was treated. I’d seriously consider alternatives before taking your pet here.

We were transfered to Exonia by our vet for out of hours emergency care. Exonia treated our dog who had developed a serious condition. They were excellent as I feel sure our little dog would never have made it without their care and treatment. They kept us well informed of our dogs progress and she is now at home recovering. We just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Exonia.

Called them early evening on a Saturday due to major concerns about my cat. They were excellent over the phone and saw us within an hour (including me travelling 30 mins). They dealt with my fiesty older cat beautifully and were absolutely amazing with their communication with me during my visit there. Absolutely brilliant x

Emergency visit due to the cat taking a downhill turn with a UTI and plug. Sheena was exceptional, promptly helping Nero to be more comfortable and performing surgery as soon as I left. She called me a few hours later to update me on the procedure, and then again in the morning. Being attentive, she knew he would be more comfortable at home so asked if i would mind caring for him there. 24 hours later, he is one happy boy and i'm a happy owner. Thank you. :)

These guys are the out of hours service for my home vet. My cat decided to be really intelligent and drink something she shouldn't have done. In a blind panic, I call them and they completely reassured and calmed me down, offering some great advice. I highly recommend and would use them as my regular vet if I lived closer. Really can not fault at all. Thank you Exonia and the lovely lady I spoke to, so very very much!!
