Had the worse experience with this company. We spent £1300 on tile from this company and received nothing but stress. We order 29m of 100x100 tiles. This didn’t show up. The tiles what was delivered was 30x100. So we worked with them. A further 27 of these tiles was smashed and chipped, this cost me an extra 3 days labour with my tilers what cost me £400 in labour. When I asked for compensation they hung the phone up on me and then didn’t answer the phone to my number after this. We are yet to receive the last pack of tiles too.

Very disappointed from the sales I have bought 23 m2 I needed another box I did phone them twise they kept putting the phone down ..that not professional from the sales I am buying with my money not bagging ..rude sales . hopefully this review will be seen by the manager .
