I had Katy as my driving instructor and she really was so great at getting me to calm my nerves and build up my confidence in my driving. She’s really professional and genuinely wants all of her pupils to learn how to drive safely and pass. She took the time to explain everything that I didn’t understand and always had really good recommendations for any problems I might have come across. I had a pretty difficult schedule as I had to take my lessons whilst also working full time but it was never a problem as she was able to move her diary around to accommodate that. I passed first time with Katy and felt completely prepared for my test, she also managed to find me an earlier one which was above and beyond what I expected! She’s also lovely to spend time with as you no doubt will when learning to drive, I would definitely recommend Katy!

In the depths of Lockdown, I was seeking an automatic instructor. I spoke to a couple who made outlandish promises (e.g. "I can guarantee pass first time"). Then I spoke to David Featherstone, who asked many thoughtful questions about my experience / background in driving (zero). He struck me as honest and I decided to try him out. David has an excellent temperament for instruction. Calm, knowledgeable, but with a sense of humour that puts you at ease, you will always be learning. He was clear about my strengths and weaknesses, always sought for positives, but never shied away from discussing the aspects of my driving. Every lesson resulted in improvements. By the time I took my test, I felt entirely prepared in all areas of driving and had no nagging worries about how to drive correctly. When I met David I had never sat in the driver's seat. I had never even learned to ride a bike. After his instruction, I passed my test first time. I warmly recommend him!

I had the most amazing instructor, Marie, she was so passionate about teaching and it really put me at ease. I passed first time with Marie. I've read some of the reviews on here and I'm actually really shocked to see my instructors name included in negative reviews. I know lots of other people who passed 1st time with Marie and all have wonderful things to say. I really hope people see this review and realise that there are ALWAYS 2 sides to every story.

Really bad experience... I just moved here. i dont want to go into details or accuse anyone of anything. But I tried booking succeeding lessons with a woman named Marie. She keeps canceling it, making excuse or just not replying completely whenever she founds out that I am the one whose trying to book a lesson. Its not a single isolated event. When she was confronted by my husband’s family she couldn’t answer as to why she was acting like that.

If only I could leave 0 stars. Repeatedly cancelled lessons. Never answer their phone. Everything seems like we're doing them a favour to pay them. Don't bother wasting your time...they'll never show up. Especially Marie who clearly can't be bothered doing anything.

My partner paid £99 as a gift for me for a block of 5 lessons. My instructor (the owner Peter Webb) failed to turn up for the lessons on multiple occasions all last minute so we decided to go with another company and cancelled the lessons. We were promised a refund due to the poor service. Have left multiple messages for a refund of money and all calls have been ignored and no one has got back to us. This was now 3 months ago... still no refund! We found the service very unreliable and dishonest

Booked lessons for my son. Even though I received many sms messages the instructor did not turn up. I called the office only to be told he should be there. Finally got call from instruction saying he is off sick. The people in the office know nothing about it. They were suppose to call me back to arrange lesson for my son. After two days, still no one called back. I do not recommend anyone using this company. They seem to be very poorly organised and certainly no customer service to talk about. I would like to award no star but one star is the minimum I can post.

Horrendous service. I had a lesson booked for the bank holiday Monday morning. Despite being bombarded with text and emails reminding me over the Xmas period, the instructor didn't turn up. No phone call, email or text to cancel the booking and no answer on any of the numbers I rang. I've since called the office three times asking what happened and have been told someone will call back. I got a call in the end from the guy in charge who said he'd look in to it and call back. Technically he did call back but my phone only rang for half a ring whilst I was online doing something else. I've given up trying to sort it out. Just rubbish!
