I had an excellent experience with this service today and felt I must write a review. I was met by professional, calm, skilled and reassuring staff including dentist, dental nurse and another nurse on reception. I had an emergency extraction which didn’t go well and needed surgery. The nurse held my hand almost all the way through! I am very grateful for this NHS service. I hope the staff will receive this compliment. A huge thank you.

Hugely impressed especially during this lockdown. Called 111 they promised I’d have a call at 8am which I did and was then promised a call from the dental clinic shortly to book me in. Even though every minute felt like an hour due to the pain, I did get a call and the dentist went through the problem and advised what my choices were. He booked me in the same morning and the process was quick and so much better than my usual dentist. Can’t thank him and the nurses enough for sorting the problem even if only temporary . Great service and the best experience I’ve had at a dentist surgery.
