We cannot say thank you enough. We are from the Rhondda in South Wales and was on a trip to Devon and Cornwall for our daughters birthday. The front wheels tyre broke and so my wife would have been car bound for the rest of the trip. They were able to get it fixed for us on the spot and without an appointment. You let my wife regain her mobility and my daughter enjoy the rest of the trip as a whole family. You are a bunch of angels. THANK YOU.

Very poor service sadly. I had called about a particular product (did they stock it etc) and again later to check the price. When we got there they said they didn't stock it, but not only that, implied that I might have either mis-described the item in my phone call or that perhaps I had called another place entirely (there are other mobilty/aids suppliers on that industrial estate). I had had good experiences in the past, but this was very poor indeed, both in their mistake and in their subsequent attitude (not belligerent, but certainly not apologetic).

First class service from this friendly professional team. My scooter had a problem which was quickly diagnosed and rectified by Exeter disability centre. All this was done the week before Christmas and my scooter returned. I won’t be going anywhere else. It’s nice to encounter a company that provides such excellent customer service .
