I forgot my bag in the bus when I traveled from Heathrow to Exeter Devon on the 1st of May. We contacted them the same day about 2hours after I had arrived and they said we will get back to you after 14 days. We followed up the following week before the 14 days was up only to get an email in the afternoon that they can't find my bank I should contact my insurance company. Honestly, some things in the bag where irreplaceable and they don't seem to care. That's poor service.

Not customer friendly toilets. Costs 20p despite being a Stagecoach passenger. Went into the cubicle and the lights went out leaving me in complete darkness. Waved arms around but lights wouldn’t come on. If my bus hadn’t been 25mins late I would not have had to use them!!! Mar 2023- Much has changed since this review . The charge machine had been removed, entrance to the toilet is now free. Don’t know why but like to think that they listened to their customers

Much better than the old bus station, with live updates, indoor toilet (which could do with more regular maintenance as a toilet door in gents was broken for days) benches to sit on. One area for improvement would be live update on the screen giving reason for delays and expected time of arrival
